  • Chainsaw fuse
  • Fuse puller or needle-nosed pliers

Instructions

      Unplug the chainsaw from the electrical power source.

      Place the chainsaw on the floor or on a workbench.

    • 3

      Locate the fuse panel on the back of the chainsaw. Remove the fuse from the panel with a fuse puller or a pair of needle-nosed pliers.

      Insert a new fuse into the fuse panel.

    • 5

      Plug the chainsaw back in to the power source.

    • 6

      Test the chainsaw by pulling on the trigger.

Tips & Warnings

  • If the chain does not operate after replacing the fuse, check to make sure that the trigger lockout button wasn't engaged.

  • Never attempt to replace the fuse in the chainsaw while it is still connected to a power source.
