      Open Windows Media Player.

      Click "Burn" and drag the WMA you want to change to MP3 into the burn list that appears on the right side of Windows Media Player.

      Click "Start Burn" in the lower right corner and insert a blank CD-R into your computer. Windows Media Player will then automatically burn the disc.

      Click the downward pointing arrow that appears when you place your cursor over the "Rip" button. Then click "Format" and select "MP3."

      Click the "Rip" button and then click "Start Rip" in the lower right corner. Windows Media Player will then automatically rip the WMA on the disc into MP3 format.

      Eject the CD after Windows Media Player has finished ripping audio from the CD.
