How to Send Emails to Multiple People With the Address Shown
There are various ways to send a mass email. You can send your email to multiple recipients by using the "To," "Cc" or the "Bcc" field. When sending a business email to multiple recipients, it is considered proper etiquette to send it using the "Bcc" (blind carbon copy) field, as this hides the other recipients' email addresses. More informal messages, such as those to friends and family, can be sent using the "To" or "Cc" field. These methods show the addresses of all of the recipients.
