Instructions

      Read the cleaning instructions on the tag of the mesh running shoes. Most are machine washable.

      Remove laces and place both the shoes and laces in the washing machine.

      Set the machine to wash a small load in cold water.

      Pour 2 tablespoons of laundry detergent, one-half cup of vinegar and one-fourth cup of baking soda into the washing machine. The detergent cleans, the baking soda deodorizes and the vinegar disinfects.

      When the machine stops, remove the shoes and laces. Allow both to air dry before reinserting laces.

  • Quickly hand-clean your shoes by dusting them with baking soda and allowing the soda to work overnight. This collects moisture and removes odor. Disinfect by spraying the shoes with a 50/50 solution of water and vinegar. Wipe off mud with a damp cleaning rag.
