How to Convert a CBR to an iPod
Comic Book Reader (CBR) files can be viewed on your iPod touch by downloading iComic Viewer Pro from the App Store. The iComic Viewer Pro application includes support for CBR files when the CBR file is transferred from your computer to the iComic Viewer Pro application through a shared Wi-Fi connection. As of 2010, iComic Viewer Pro supports CBR, ZIP, CBZ and RAR files and requires the iPhone OS 2.0 software update and an iTunes Store account.

Push the "Home" button on your iPod touch, and tap the "Settings" button on the screen. Select the "Wi-Fi" tab on the screen, then tap the tab's switch to enable Wi-Fi.

Tap your home network from the "Choose a Network" list. Enter the network's password if applicable and tap the "Join" button. Push the "Home" button to return to the home screen and tap the "App Store" icon.

Tap the "Search" button at the bottom of the screen then tap the search field. Type "iComic Viewer Pro" and tap the "Search" button in the lower-right corner. Tap the "iComic Viewer Pro" search result, then tap the purchase button.

Tap the "BUY" button, enter your iTunes account password and tap the "OK" button.

Tap the "iComic Viewer Pro" icon on your home screen, then tap the "Download" icon at the bottom of the screen. Tap the "OFF" switch in the application window to display the upload URL address.

Open the Internet browser on your computer and type the URL address displayed in Step 6 into the browser's URL field.

Click the "Choose File" button in your browser's window, double-click the CBR file from the "Choose File" window then click the "Submit" button to transfer it to your iPod touch.

Tap the "Comics" icon at the bottom of the iPod touch's screen and tap the CBR file to view the comic.
