Convert WMA to MP3 using iTunes on your Macintosh computer.

The iTunes program on your Macintosh computer is able to convert any unprotected Windows Media Audio file to an MP3 when imported to your music library. By default, iTunes will convert the WMA file to the audio format specified in your iTunes preferences. In order to convert the file to an MP3, make sure you first configure the import settings to MP3 encoding. Once converted, the MP3 can be played in iTunes and synced to Apple media players for audio playback.
