How Do I Disable AutoCorrect in Office 2007 One Note?
Microsoft Office 2007 came with many improvements and new features compared to older editions. One of the most popular newer features is AutoCorrect, which comes standard in Office 2007 programs such as Word and OneNote. If you are using OneNote, you may find that AutoCorrect is fixing things it should not be attempting to fix, and you may want to disable AutoCorrect. Fortunately, disabling AutoCorrect in Office 2007 OneNote is pretty easy.

Click the "Office" button on the top left of the screen.

Select "Word Options."

Click "Proofing" on the left side. Then click the "AutoCorrect Options" button.

Click the "AutoCorrect" tab.

Uncheck the boxes next to each "AutoCorrect" option so that they are disabled. This includes "Correct two initial capitals," "Capitalize first letter of sentences," etc.

Click "OK." Office 2007 OneNote AutoCorrect has now been disabled.

Er... this is basically complete lies. This not only doesn't work, but is also impossible to do as this whole process is non-existent... There is no 'office' button in OneNote, and there is no 'proofing' options either....
