How to Enable JavaScript Files
In order to view many websites, JavaScript must be enabled. JavaScript is a programming language that allows mainly used on the Internet for added functionality such as games, media and other applications. All major browsers support JavaScript, though it may not be enabled by default. Enabling JavaScript is a quick and simple process that can be down by users of all skill levels.

Open an Internet Explorer browser window. Either double click the Internet Explorer desktop icon or go to “Start” (“Start” is a small globe in Windows 7), choose “All Programs” and select “Internet Explorer.”

Select “Tools” at the top right side of the browser window.

Select “Internet Options.”

Select the “Security” tab.

Press the “Custom Level” button.

Scroll through the options until you reach the “Scripting” section.

Look for “Active Scripting” and select “Enable.”

Press “OK” twice to exit the Internet options.

Press the “Refresh” button on your browser to activate the settings.
