How to Make My Sims Have Triplets
The Sims 2 and The Sims 3 are both part of The Sims series, a life-simulation game which allows you to create characters, or Sims, and live out their lives. You can also have your Sims start families by having children. If your Sims wants a big family, you can make them have triplets. In The Sims 2, you will need to download a game modification to have triplets, because it is not possible to do this without the modification. However, in The Sims 3, you can make your Sims have triplets easily by buying fertility triplets.

Download WinRAR (See Resources).

Download a Triplets & Quads mod for The Sims 2 (See Resources). Since the game itself doesn't allow Sims to have triplets, you will have to download this mod to be able to make Sims have triplets. Click "Triplets & Quads.zip" at the bottom of the page. This will open the file in WinRAR.

Select "Extract to..." and select your Sims 2 "Downloads" folder located at My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads. If the folder is not there, right click "The Sims 2" and select "Create New Folder," then name this folder "Downloads." You've installed the mod onto your game.

Make a female Sim select a bed, and click "Relax." Make a male Sim select the same bed; click "Relax." Once they're both in bed, click on the Sim you aren't playing as, and select "Try for Baby." The pregnancy process will take a few days; once the pregnant Sim is having labor pains you will be prompted to choose the number of babies you want the Sim to have. Select "Triplets" and the Sim will have triplets.

Gain 10,000 lifetime rewards points for each Sim by accomplishing their wishes.

Buy the "Fertility Treatment" for both Sims with their lifetime rewards points.

Have both the male and female Sims take a fertility treatment, then have them try for a baby by selecting a bed, selecting "Relax," clicking the Sim you're not controlling and selecting "Try for Baby." Once the pregnant Sim has gone through all of the stages of pregnancy, she will give birth to triplets.
