How to Fix Download Speed in uTorrent

uTorrent is a computer program that allows you to share files using a technology called "BitTorrent." BitTorrent is used to quickly and legally share non-copyrighted material back and forth between two computers. If your download speeds are not to your liking, the default uTorrent settings are probably not utilizing your Internet connection. Instructions

1. Open uTorrent using the shortcut icon that was created during the program's original installation process.

2. Click "Options."

3. Click "Setup Guide."

4. Check the boxes next to "Bandwidth" and "Network."

5. Click "Run Tests." uTorrent will analyze your computer's Internet connection and network settings and reconfigure itself to allow for the fastest possible download speeds. When the tests are completed, click "Save and Close."
