How to Remove the Fan Belt on a Honda CRV

The 2.0l engine found in a Honda CRV uses multiple belts to drive the various accessories on the engine. When one of these belts goes out, so does the accessory it is attached to. In the case of the fan belt, it also drives the water pump and the air pump used for emissions. If the belt goes out, then so does the fan as well as everything connected to it, making engine cooling a problem. To replace the belt, you first have to remove it.
