The Nissan Almera was the European version of the Nissan Sentra produced from 1995 to 2006. Like its U.S. counterpart, it was a small family car. The headlights on the Almera work much the same way as they do on its U.S. counterpart. The headlights are H7 headlight bulbs, and can be purchased in most auto-parts stores. You'll need to make sure that when you replace one, you replace the other headlight since both headlights have been burning for the same amount of time. When the first one burns out, the second is probably not that far behind.
Things You'll Need
- Replacement headlights
Open the hood and unplug the electrical connector on the back of the headlight.
Grab the headlight by the base, or collar, and turn it counterclockwise to release it from the headlight housing.
Slide the new headlight into the back of the housing, secure it to the housing by rotating the collar clockwise, and then reconnect the headlight connector.
