Download and install the Bit Torrent program if you haven't already done so.

Right-click on the torrent file you downloaded and select "Open With." Choose "Bit Torrent" from the program choices.

Look in the Bit Torrent program and wait for the download to finish. When it reaches 100 percent, right-click on the download and select "Open containing folder."
