      Give the operator your account number, your home address, your telephone number, and your name to open up a help ticket for yourself.

      Clarify that you already have an account but that you would like to add a Bellsouth FastAccess email to that account. The operator will check to be sure that you have the correct service and account and that you are able to add another email to that account.

      Provide the operator with the username you would like to use for this new email account. They will give you a password and set up the account on their end. Once they have set it up, you can log into the account and change your password.
