Voting is a fundamental right of American citizens, and with today's technology it's easier than ever to check on the status of your registration online. Florida has 67 counties, each of which maintains registration information for its county residents. Florida residents can easily check on the status of their voter registration online, and even fill out a new voter registration form if necessary.

      Access the list of State Supervisors of Elections at the website for the Florida Division of Elections (see Resources).

      Click on the name of your county on the state map to go to the County Supervisor of Elections page for that county.

      Use the "Web Address" link on this page to access the actual website for the county supervisor.

      Scroll down to the link for "Voter Registration" (each page is designed slightly differently, but all have an area for voter registration.)

      Look for a link reading "Am I registered" or "Check your registration." Each page has a slightly different layout, but all enable you to check your registration.

      Enter the required information, which generally consists of your full name, your birth date and possibly the address where you lived when you registered.

Tips & Warnings

  • Each County Supervisor of Elections website has a different page layout. Some are more user-friendly than others, but all will give you access to your voter registration status.
