How to Reset a Belkin F5d7230-4 Password

Launch your Internet browser. Type "http://192.168.2.1" in the navigation bar at the top of the browser window and hit "Enter." You will be directed to a router setup utility website.

On the top right of the page, click "Login." If you have already set up a password for your Belkin F5D7230-4 router, enter it now and click "Submit." If not, no password is necessary because the router ships from the factory without a password. Click "Submit."

On the left side of the page, select "System Settings" under the "Utilities" options.

Type in your current password, if you have already set one up. If not, leave the "Current Password" text box blank. Type in your new password in the "New Password" text box. Retype your new password in the "Confirm Password" text box.

Click "Apply Changes" to reset your Belkin F5D7230-4 router password.

If you have already set up a password and can't remember it, select "Restore Factory Default" under the Utilities options to reset the password back to none, and then you can reset a new password.
