How to Find My Outlook Exchange Server Address

Microsoft Exchange Server is one communication software package that many businesses use. This gives employees a task list, calendar and email client. When using the Microsoft Exchange Server, there might come a time when you need your actual server address. This may seem like a daunting task at first, but finding your server's address is very easy and just takes a couple of steps.

Things You'll Need

• Computer
• Internet access
• Microsoft Outlook Exchange
• Microsoft Outlook email account

Instructions

1. Double-click on your Microsoft Outlook icon. This may be on your desktop or in the "Program Files" section of your "Start" menu.

2. Wait for your program to load fully. A small window will open with all of the available email accounts you have made. Open the email address associated with the account you want.

3. Allow the program to load your email account. When the account has loaded, click on the "Change" button at the top left corner of the screen. A small box will pop up displaying the SMTP and POP server addresses.
