Whether you are dust mopping a home gym, a private gym or even a school gym, you will quickly realize that dirt accumulates constantly on the flooring. To keep the gym clean and presentable, you must dust mop every few days, if not daily, depending on the amount of dirt accumulation on the gym floor. To mop the floors properly, you need a few inexpensive cleaning tools along with a little time to complete the process. Does this Spark an idea?

  • Spray bottle
  • Wide dust mop
  • Broom
  • Dustpan

Instructions

    • 1

      Fill a spray bottle with warm water.

    • 2

      Push a wide dust mop over the gym floor in firm, straight strokes.

    • 3

      Spray a mist of water over sticky areas of residue, and continue mopping with the dust mop. This will remove both loose dust and heavier residue.

      Push all of the debris into either one large pile or several small piles, depending on the size of the gym.

    • 5

      Collect the dirt with a broom and dustpan, and discard.
