How to Transfer Songs From a Computer to an iPod shuffle
The iPod shuffle is the smallest of all of the iPod models, and also features the smallest amount of library space. It does feature a sleek design that allows you to fit it almost anywhere unnoticed, and like other iPods, you can transfer and sync your computer music to the device. You can add your songs to the device using the iTunes program that is installed on your computer and used to edit the music that you add to the shuffle.

Connect the iPod shuffle to your computer using the Apple USB cord. Allow the iTunes program to start automatically.

Drag and drop any songs from your computer that you would like to add to the shuffle onto your iTunes library. Allow a few seconds for the songs to load to the library.

Click the iPod tab under the "Devices" menu on the left side of the iTunes player and be sure that all of your new songs are selected with a checkmark in the "Music" tab.

Click "Sync" at the bottom of the page and allow a few minutes for your songs to load to the shuffle. You can disconnect the iPod once the upper display reads "OK to disconnect".
