Back taxes in Arizona can be paid in installments.

In Arizona, individual income taxes are due to be filed by April 15 of each year, for the previous tax year. If the April 15 deadline falls on a Saturday of Sunday, your tax return will be due the following business day. Arizona offers convenience when paying taxes from remitting a check with your filed return or remitting a credit card payment online. In the event a taxpayer cannot make the full payment when his taxes are filed, there is an option and procedure to make arrangements to pay in installments.
