How to Watch TV Shows Online Without Any Downloading

You can download a variety of software programs in order to watch streaming TV shows, but you may not wish to download a bunch of different video players or you might not trust these different programs. Fortunately, numerous websites host both live and uploaded TV shows. You can use these services to watch TV shows on your computer for free, without having to download any third-party software.

Instructions

Hulu

1. Go to the Hulu homepage (see Resources section).

2. Type the name of the TV show you'd like to watch inside the "Search" box at the top of the homepage and click "Search." If your TV show is available, the name of the show will appear on the next page. Click the name of the TV show to access the main page for that show.

3. Scroll down the TV show page on Hulu until you see the "Episodes" heading. Click the arrow buttons under "Episodes" to browse through the episodes for that TV show.

4. Click on the episode you wish to watch. The episode will start playing after a brief commercial.

Fancast

1. Click the "Full TV Episodes" tab at the top of the Fancast homepage (see Resources section). A list of all of the TV shows on the website will appear on the page.

2. Scroll down the page and click on the TV show you'd like to watch.

3. Click the "Watch Online" tab on the TV show page. The available episodes will appear.

4. Browse through the listed episodes and click on one you'd like to watch. The show will begin playing after a short commercial.

Channel Surfing

1. Navigate to the Channel Surfing website (see Resources section).

2. Scroll down the homepage to see all of the TV shows currently streaming on the site.

3. Click the link for the TV show you'd like to watch. Another window will open. A video player will appear inside of that window.

4. Click on the "Play" button in the video player inside the second window. The TV show will start playing.

Justin TV

1. Go to the Justin TV homepage (see Resources section).

2. Type the name of the TV show you'd like to watch inside the "Search" box at the top of the page and click "Search." A list of available streams will appear on the page.

3. Click the name of the stream you wish to watch. The TV show will start playing in a new window.

Tips & Warnings

• The first two options are for TV shows that are saved on those services. The final two options are for live streams or other shows currently being streamed on that page.
