How to Update an Emule Servers List
The eMule peer-to-peer (p2p) software allows people to download and share computer files over vast networks of users. The software comes with a default list of servers, which are available for connection. Search results change depending on the server the user is connected to. Updating the default server list may improve the user experience by speeding up downloads and increasing the available sources which make finding files more likely.

Tips & Warnings
The "Update server list when connecting to a server" option makes the program synchronize its list of servers with the list of servers found on the remote system. The "Update server list when a client connects" option does the same thing, but occurs when a remote server connects to the local computer.
