How to Find MTD Snow Blower Parts
An MTD snow blower is designed to assist with the cleaning of snow from your walks and driveways. This product will save you hours of time over the more traditional shoveling method of snow clearing. Like all machines, the MTD snowblower can malfunction, causing you to replace a part or two to get your blower back into working condition. Disassemble your snowblower to get to the part which is no longer working. Follow the instructions to remove that part. Find the part number, which is usually located on the part.

Locate the model number for your snowblower. The model number may be on the rear or bottom of the snowblower. You should also be able to locate the model number in the instruction manual.

Open your web browser and go to MTD.com. Click on the "Parts and Accessories" link at the top right hand side of the page.

Click inside the part number or model number text box. Type in the corresponding number and click the "GO" link. If you enter a part number, that specific part will display. If you enter a model number, a list of all parts associated with that blower will be displayed.

Select the part, order it and purchase it.

Tips & Warnings
If you do not have the part or model number, click on the "Find Matching Models" link. This will take you through a list of options which could lead you to your part.
If you have a warranty on your blower, opening it up might void it. If you have the warranty, try sending in it for repair or informing MTD of your problem so they can come up with a solution.
