PC Network Troubleshoot Tutorial

Unplug your network equipment (router and modem) from the wall and shut down all network computers.

Type "ipconfig /release", press "Enter," type "ipconfig /renew" and press "Enter" again. This resets the network software connection. Repeat on all computers to see if that resolves the issue.

Click "Start > Control Panel > Device Manager > Network Adapters." Double-click on your network card. Click "Driver > Update Driver."
