How to Make Christian Christmas Cards on Your PC
Making Christian Christmas cards on your PC gives you unlimited creative license. When you are not tied to store-bought Christian cards at Christmas, image choices, font styles and colors and the type of card stock you use present an array of options. Show and say what matters most when sending your own message for a religious holiday.

Open Microsoft Publisher from the Start menu on your PC desktop. Select "Greeting Cards" from the left-hand pane on the Getting Started opening page. Click on the "Holiday" link at the top of the page.

Select the Christmas card template that appeals to you. Don't worry too much about details. You will be able to change any detail to suit your design. Double-click on your card choice to open the template.

The Star of Bethlehem is a common Christian image. Customize your card with Christian images and verses. Use religious Christmas images from websites, computer clip-art or your own photographs. Save images from websites to your Pictures folder or to your PC desktop. Christian Christmas images include, but are by no means limited to, nativity scenes, the star of Bethlehem and the three wise men (see Resources section of this article).

Add images to your card from the Page Options folder in Publisher's "Format Publication" to the left of the card template. Select "Insert," "Picture" and "From File" from the top of the page if using images saved to your computer. Drag images to desired locations on the front and inside of the card. Access card pages from the page selectors at the bottom left of the template.

Use the nativity scene on your Christmas cards. Add a Christian Christmas greeting and text to the front and inside of your card. Consider a greeting such as "Unto us the Christ Child is born." Enter Christian Christmas content to the inside of the card. Use a verse from the Bible. If you used a Nativity image on your card, consider adding something like, " When the angels had left them and gone into Heaven, the shepherds said to one another, 'Let us go now to Bethlehem and see this thing that has taken place, which the Lord has made known to us.' " (Luke 2:15)

Print your Christian Christmas cards. Print your Christian Christmas cards. Open the print function from the File menu at the upper left of the page. The print dialogue box will show the card with the way to fold the card once you print it.
