How to Obtain a Pennsylvania Reciprocal Real Estate License
Pennsylvania does not have reciprocal license agreements with all other states. Agreements are currently in place, as of April 2010, with Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and West Virginia. Individuals with licenses in other states can apply for the standard real estate license in Pennsylvania. Applicants are required to pass the state portion of the exam, meet minimum age requirements and pay the application fee.
