How to Donate Old Cell Phones to Battered Women in Texas
Cell phone technology is constantly changing, and most wireless companies offer customers deep discounts on upgrades to purchase a new phone every year or two. Since phones can't just be tossed out in the trash, many people end up with an unwanted collection of old devices. Many organizations, however, benefit from the use of the old phones that you consider junk. Donating your phone can make you feel like you've made a difference and help out a worthwhile cause. Many women's shelters accept old phones, and donating them is easy to do.
