How to Make Dacopa From Dahlias
Dacopa, a hot herbal drink, is made from dried petals of the dahlia flower. A healthy alternative to such drinks as black tea and coffee, Dacopa possesses floral flavors and tastes delicious when mixed with cream and honey. Preparing and making your own Dacopa drink at home only requires a few basic materials and very little time.

A saucepan for boiling water. Add about 2 cups of cold water to a medium sauce pan.

The petals of a dahlia flower Introduce about a cup of dried dahlia flower petals.

Allow the water to simmer for approximately 30 minutes.

Strain the mixture, separating the petals from the resulting liquid. The color of the liquid will vary from light green to brownish red.

Pour the tea into a coffee cup and add sugar or honey to sweeten it. Cream makes the texture of the tea smooth and delicious as well.
