How to Copy & Paste in Photoshop Elements
There are many times when it might be necessary to take one part of an image and place it in another, such as placing an image of a product or person against a mono-color background. This involves a process known as copy and paste. Doing this requires using a photo editing application. There are many that can do this, but one of the more user-friendly and reasonably priced for this purpose is Photoshop Elements.

Open Photoshop Elements. Click "File," "Open" and open the images you would like to edit.

Go to the image that you want copy from. Select the "Selection Brush" tool from the tools on the left. In the options at the top, choose the size of the brush you want and change the mode to "Selection."

Paint over the section of the image that you would like to copy. It will automatically become a selection. Select "Edit" from the menu and choose "Copy."

Go to the other image you want to paste to. Select "Edit" from the menu and choose "Paste."

Select "Edit" from the menu and choose "Transform." From the options, choose "Scale." Use the tool to resize your selection. Use the "Move" tool to place it in position.

Select "File" and click "Save As." In the dialog that appears, name your file and save it.
