How to Delete a Storage Bin in SAP
Warehouse Management by SAP is a program used to keep track of warehouse inventory. You can record the materials that are in stock, incoming and outgoing. WM helps you process receipts for goods and stock transfers, among other functions. Storage bins are the files that represent the smallest unit of space in a warehouse. If you no longer need a particular storage bin, you may delete it from the system, which helps keep the program organized.

Open the Warehouse Management software on your computer.

Go to "Master Data > Storage Bin > Change > Several Storage Bins."

Enter the name of the storage bin you want to delete and hit "Execute."

Select "Delete Storage Bins."

Hit "Save" to erase the storage bin.

Tips & Warnings
You must empty the storage bin before you delete it. You cannot delete blocked bins.
