A Dynamic Link Library (DLL) is a type of file that contains bits of code and data used by multiple programs. The Milcore.dll file contains code used to display user interface graphics. (See Reference 2) Because DLL files are used by multiple programs, uninstalling one program may cause a second program not to work properly. Usually, this will result in an error message notifying you that a particular DLL file is "missing." To solve this problem you will need to reinstall the "missing" DLL file.

      Locate the "Milcore.dll" file on your computer.

      Copy the "Milcore.dll" over to the "C:\Windows\System32" folder. To do this, right-click on the "Milcore.dll" file and select "Copy," and then right-click on the "C:\Windows\System32" folder and select "Paste." Alternatively, you can simply drag the file into the folder.

      Hold down the Windows key and press "R." The Run box will open.

      Type "regsvr32 Milcore.dll" (without the quotation marks) into the Run box and click "OK." This command will reinstall the Milcore.dll file.
