How Do I Clean Grout With Oxiclean?
Oxiclean is a name-brand oxygen bleach product. These cleaners claim to clean nearly as effectively as bleach, but they do not contain harsh chemicals. While you can use regular chlorine bleach to clean white grout, it could fade colored grout and the process might leave behind bleach stains on your clothing. Instead of risking these issues, try to clean your dirty grout with a simple Oxiclean solution. Best of all, you won't have to resort to any vigorous scrubbing to complete this task. Tips & Warnings
If stubborn stains remain after cleaning, mix equal amounts of Oxiclean and water together to form a paste. Smooth this paste onto the stain and let it rest for one hour before mopping it away with clean water.
If your dirty grout is located on a wall, pour the Oxiclean mixture into a spray bottle and spray the grout instead of using a mop.
Apply grout sealer to your clean grout after it has dried for at least 48 hours to keep the grout clean.
