How to Make a Scrapbook Picture Box
Making a scrapbook picture box is a great way to capture the essence and spirit of a time in your life. You can take pictures and images of a beautiful vacation you experienced, or pictures of your loved ones, and use them to create a keepsake box to contain your treasures. - Blank shoebox
- Magazines
- Scissors
- Craft glue
- Bowl
- Water
- Paintbrush
- Photographs

Collect photographs that you want to add to your scrapbook picture box. Collect magazines that contain images that you want to add to your picture box. Cut out the magazine pictures, and trim the photographs so that the excess has been removed.

Pour four tbsp. of craft glue into a bowl, and add in 2 tbsp. of water. Mix thoroughly.

Remove the cover from a blank shoebox. Paint the diluted glue onto the sides of the shoebox with a paintbrush. Paint the lid of the shoebox with the diluted glue.

Place the images and photographs onto the box. Cover the entire glued area with the pictures.

Paint the diluted glue over the pictures, covering the entire area well. Allow the box to dry completely, then place the lid onto the box. You can now give your handmade scrapbook picture box to a family member or friends, or you can keep it for yourself to put your treasures into.
