War games are a common form of Flash-based video games on the Internet because they offer excitement and the fire of competition. You can develop your own Flash-based war game online using free websites without knowing programming code or syntax.

Instructions

      Create an account at the Sploder website using the "Sign up" option at the top of the window. Validate your account with the e-mail address you provide.

      Click on Sploder's Platform Game Maker, a box with a character in the center with a square green head. Use the drop-down buttons on the left to select among game categories. Click on any item through the drop-down menus, drag it to the screen and drop it wherever you want it.

      Click on "Test" in the menu bar to test your own game by playing it.

    PlayCrafter

      Click on the "Launch Playcraft" button at the bottom of the PlayCrafter website, then click "Make a Game" and choose a template for your game. Choose the "Action Game" template to make a war game.

      Drag items from the left column to the game box. Add the background and music through the "Background and Music" tab. Choose any soundtrack and click on the "plus" button. Add levels using the "Add level" button in the game box.

      Test your new game by playing it.

    Fyrebug

      Click on the "Create Games" tab at the Fyrebug website and choose the "Fighting/Versus" category in the bottom part of the left column. Pick the game you want to make.

      Click the "Make Your Own Game" button in the right column; a box filled with different objects will appear. Choose all the objects your game will use, then pick a background. Choose the enemy-defeated sound gtom the provided soundtracks.

      Name your game. Add a brief description. Categorize your game by checking one of the boxes. If your game is related to politics, check the "Politics" box. If your game isn't related to anything in particular, choose the "Video games" box. Decide whether your game should be public or private.
