How to Upload Videos From Kodak Easy Share

How to Upload Videos From Kodak Easy Share thumbnail
You can use Kodak Easy Share software to upload your videos.

Kodak Easy Share is software designed to make printing, editing and sharing digital pictures easier. Kodak created the Easy Soft Share package to work along side their Easy Share cameras and docking stations. However, this package will work with most cameras and handle video files. An upload requires a facility to host your pictures. You will find the upload process with Kodak Easy Share straightforward once you confirm an online service.

Instructions

  1. Opening the Software

    • 1

Connect your camera to your computer via a USB cord or Firewire. Check the information that came with the camera if you are unsure of how to do this. Most cameras have a port for a connection and provide the cable with your purchase.

    • 2

Locate the port and plug correct end of the cable into your camera.

    • 3

Insert the USB or Firewire connection into your computer port. The operating system will notify you when it recognizes the camera and loads the proper drivers. It should open the software automatically. Open the Kodak Easy Share program on your computer to access the videos.

Load the Videos Into Kodak Easy Share

Press the "Transfer" button if using an Easy Share dock.

Click on the album or "My Collection" if the videos sit on your hard drive. Locate the videos on the left side of the screen. This menu is a tree menu for the drives on your computer. Click on the "+" sign to open a drive or folder and find your videos. Click on each file to select it, and choose the "Add selected pictures/videos" option the top of the screen.

    Upload the Videos

    • 7
