How to Install Auto Subwoofers
Installing subwoofers in a car can intensify the quality and performance of the car stereo. Subwoofers create low-frequency bass notes that can not only be heard, but also felt. Because subwoofers can vary in size and power consumption, be sure to purchase a subwoofer box that is designed to hold your subwoofer. Also make sure that your amplifier has an appropriate power output for your subwoofer. Failure to purchase components that are designed to work with each other can result in poor sound quality or even damaged subwoofers.
