How to Fold a Paper Popper

How to Fold a Paper Popper thumbnail
Use a plain sheet of notebook paper to make a paper popper.

A paper popper is a fun and easy toy that is made out of a single sheet of paper. The paper popper is used by swinging your wrist to flick the popper. Hold the corner of the paper popper and swing your wrist in the same manner as if you were throwing a Frisbee. If done correctly, it will make a loud popping sound. Flick your wrist harder to make the popper make a louder sound.
