How to Build a Bike Ramp Fast
When it comes to riding bikes, it is cool to try a few tricks now and then. But in order to try new bike tricks, you need to catch some serious air. And of course in order to catch that air, you're going to need a ramp. To try those tricks without going through the hassle of building a full-scale bike ramp, make this quick version using just a piece of plywood and some firewood you have lying around the house.
Instructions

1
Select the firewood for your quick bike ramp. Select and separate firewood pieces according to size. Place them into three piles of smaller to greater thickness respectively.
-
2
Arrange the firewood so that it is the same width as the bike ramp and so that the firewood moves from greatest thickness to least.
-
-
3
Put your plywood on top of the firewood. You should now see that the ramp is curving upward because of the firewood base.
-
4
Nail the plywood to the firewood. Simply drive several nails into each piece of firewood through the plywood and voila. You've just built a fast bike ramp. Now go catch some air.

Tips & Warnings
To build a ramp that's even higher, arrange the first row of wood as a single layer, then nail two pieces of wood together vertically for the second layer, and nail three pieces of firewood together for the third layer. Then lay the plywood on top and nail it to all three layers.
Always wear full protection, including a helmet, knee pads and elbow pads, when doing tricks on a bike.
