How to Wash a Glove Holder
Used in a variety of environments, glove holders are plastic or metal containers that hold one or more boxes of gloves. The containers keep you from having to handle the individual boxes of gloves. Like other objects and structures, glove holders can be become dirty with dust, dirt and grim if not cleaned regularly. You don't need a special cleaning solution to clean the holder. If the glove holder is in a dusty or dirty environment, clean the holder weekly or bi-weekly to keep dust and dirt from building up on the holder's surface. Does this Spark an idea?

Remove any boxes of gloves and any loose gloves from the glove holder. Place the boxes/gloves to the side.

Fill a bucket with ½ cup of mild soap and ½ gal. of warm water. Wear latex gloves to keep your hands dry.

Stir the soap solution with a soft cloth or rag. Remove the cloth or rag from the soap solution. Wring out excess solution.

Wipe the glove holder, inside and out, with the soap solution-soaked cloth or rag.

Re-dip the cloth or rag into the soap solution. Wring out excess solution. Continue wiping the glove holder until it is free of dust and dirt.

Dry the glove holder with a clean, soft cloth or rag. Replace any boxes of gloves or single gloves into the holder.

Tips & Warnings
Do not use acetone or alcohol to clean your glove holder---these substances can cause the holder to rust over time.
