How to Make Homemade Wood Polish
On your next trip to the grocery store, you may notice that wood-polishing products are expensive. Instead of plunking down your money, you can use an inexpensive alternative that will work just as well by creating your own homemade wood polish. Pour 2 parts vegetable or olive oil and 1 part lemon juice into a bowl.

Dip a lint-free cloth into the solution, and wring out the cloth with your hands.

Rub the homemade wood polish over the wood, making sure to wipe with the grain of the wood.

Wipe the furniture with a clean cloth to remove excess polish and give added shine to the wood.
