Insert the mouth guard into your mouth and bite down. If the mouth guard is too long, use a pair of scissors to trim it to the appropriate length.

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, then turn off the flame.

Holding the stem, insert the mouth guard into the hot water, and hold it for 12 seconds.

Move the mouth guard to the bowl of cold water for two seconds.

Insert the mouth guard into your mouth, bite down, and suck the water out of the guard. Hold for one minute.

Tips & Warnings
If the mouth guard does not achieve a satisfactory fit the first time, repeat the steps.
