How to Look for a Nursery That Sells the Circus Rose Bush

1. Search for a nursery that specializes in roses. Find a rose-producing nursery that has a greenhouse and offers roses for sale. Some nurseries do not have all of their merchandise on the shelves, and additional variations can be found in the greenhouse. 3. Visit www.plantlocator.net. This site allows a viewer to enter the name of the specific plant and a state within the United States where the plant can be purchased. Enter the botanical name for the plant rather than its common name for a more detailed list of available plants and locations. If uncertain of the botanical name, type a common word such as "rose" in the search tool.

4. Locate a gardening association, and ask its members for a recommendation. Gardening associations are familiar with a wide variety of plants, trees and shrubs, so they may have a list of all potential nurseries that could carry the circus rose bush. Gardening associations are also familiar with networking opportunities, so they will have connections with rare-plant and -flower distributors.

5. Visit a nursery that has a large inventory of rare plants and flowers. Home stores typically offer traditional and common gardening varieties. However, nurseries tend to offer a larger inventory that often includes a rare-plant section.
