Instructions

      Go to System > Administration > Synaptic Package Manager on Ubuntu's desktop menu.

      Type "Wine" into the Synaptic search box and hit Enter. Right-click on the most recent version in the search results and select "Mark for Installation." Click on the "Apply" box and click "Install Selected Packages." Close Synaptic when Wine is fully installed.

      Insert your Street Atlas USA disc and wait for it to show up as an icon on the desktop. Double-click on the icon to open the disc and locate "Setup.exe." Right-click on this file and select "Open Using Wine Windows Emulator."

      Follow the on-screen instructions to install Street Atlas USA onto your system. You can find the program in Applications > Wine > Programs on Ubuntu's desktop, once it is installed.
