Go to the Veoh video-sharing website and click the "Install Web Player Beta" to download and install the Veoh Web Player (see Resources).

Launch the Veoh Web Player. Go to Veoh and select the video that you want to download to your computer. Click your video once you find it.

Click the "Download Video" button. The video automatically begins to download in the Veoh Web Player. Maximize the Veoh Web Player and click the "Downloads" tab. You should see the progress of the video download. When the process completes, the Veoh video is on your computer.
