How to Access Your Email on NetZero.Com
Currently owned by United Online, NetZero is a United States-based Internet Service Provider that offers various Web services, including email accounts, Internet protection and both free and paid Internet access. The company's email service requires signing up for a NetZero account by establishing a unique member ID and password. Once signed up, users can perform numerous basic email functions--such as composing, deleting, reading and sending email messages--through NetZero's online email interface, which is called Message Center.
Instructions

1
Type the Web address "netzero.com" in the address field of your Web browser's address bar, which is usually located at the top of the Web browser. The browser will automatically redirect to www.netzero.net after you press "Enter" on the keyboard or click the icon--which is often one or two arrows on the right side of the address field--that instructs the Web browser to go to a specific Web page.
-
2
Find the icon that says "Sign In" on the upper right side of the resulting Web page and click on it once with the left button on your mouse.
-
-
3
Type your NetZero member ID and password in the appropriate labeled fields of the box that appears after you click the "Sign In" icon.
-
4
Find the icon that says "GO" on the bottom right side of the box after you type your member ID and password in the correct places. Click it one time with the left button on your mouse.
-
5
Locate the word "Inbox" on the Message Center Web page that appears after you click "GO" in the sign-in box and click it one time with the left button on your mouse. The word "Inbox" is usually on the left side of the Message Center Web page, and clicking it will take you to a list of all the email messages stored in the inbox area of your NetZero email account.
-
6
Search the inbox list to find the message you want to access and click on either the sender's name in the "From" column or the subject in the "Subject" column. Both are clickable links. Clicking on either one once with the left button on your mouse will open a new Web page with the contents of the associated email.
-
7
Access other types of email messages in your NetZero email account the same way you access those in the inbox. NetZero's Message Center also has separate folders, or Web pages, for draft emails, junk emails, sent emails and trash emails. Access the email messages categorized in those locations by using the left button on your mouse to click once on the labels--Draft, Junk Mail, Sent and Trash--in the same column where the "Inbox" label is located.
