How to Convert MPEG to VOB for Free
The MPEG movie container, a creation of the ever-productive Moving Picture Experts Group, is a highly compressed digital video format often used for Web file sharing. MPEGs use the MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video and audio codecs for compression. If you want to burn an MPEG file onto a DVD, you may be required to convert the MPEG into the DVD Video Object (VOB) container format. Free Internet tools can help you do just that.
