Acura Tl Cabin Air Filter Installation
The Acura Tl model cars come equipped with a secondary air filter that is called the cabin air filter. The outside air comes in through the passenger vent and circulates through the cabin air filter. The cabin air filter then traps any trash and debris inside of the filter. Once the outside air is filtered through the cabin air filter, the clean air is then circulated to the inside of the Acura.

Tips & Warnings
The purpose behind removing the negative battery cable is to kill the power to the passenger side air bag in case the air bag accidentally explodes while you are working inside of the glove box.
Always wear safety glasses when replacing the cabin air filter because of the dust.
