How to Call Someone Using Sprint Relay
Sprint Relay allows free telephone assistance to the hearing impaired. With Sprint Relay, you can make phone calls directly from your computer. When connected with Sprint Relay, you will be communicating with a Sprint operator via a private chat room. The operator will call whomever you wish to speak to, read your typed messages to the call recipient, and type his responses for you. Best of all, this service is free.

Access the Sprint IP Relay website from your Web browser. A link is provided in the References section of this article.

Log into your Sprint IP Relay account by clicking "Login" in the top right corner of the screen. If you do not have an account, you can register to use the service for free by clicking "Register" at the top right of the screen and following the instructions to create an account.

Enter the number you would like to call in the field labeled "Number to dial."

If there are any special instructions you would like to share with the operator, such as an extension, enter them in the box labeled "Dialing instructions."

Select your preferred language, and then press "Call Now."
