How to Remove Bookmarks From the Toolbar Folder
Internet Explorer offers its users a variety of toolbars that they can utilize to customize their browsing experiences. One of those toolbars is the "Bookmarks," or "Favorites," toolbar. This toolbar displays across the top of your browser directly beneath the menu bar. Over time, this toolbar can become cluttered with bookmarks that you no longer use, so clear some space by removing bookmarks from the toolbar folder.

Launch Internet Explorer.

Right click on the bookmark located on your "Favorites" toolbar that you want to remove.

Select "Delete" from the options that appear.

Press "OK" when prompted to confirm that you really want to delete the bookmark.

Tips & Warnings
The bookmark is temporarily sent to your Recycle Bin, so if you make a mistake and want to restore a bookmark you can do so.
Once you empty your Recycle Bin, the bookmark will be permanently deleted from your computer.
