Check the version of IE that you are currently using. To do so, launch Internet Explorer by clicking the Windows "Start" button and clicking "Internet Explorer" if you are currently using a different web browser.

Click the "Help" menu located on the top of the browser window and click "About Internet Explorer." A new dialog box opens. You should see the version of IE that you are currently using.

Go to the Internet Explorer 7 download page (see "Resources" section for link). Select the language that you want to use if you do not want to use English." Click "Download." A new dialog box launches. Click "Run" to download the IE7 installation file and launch the installation wizard. Follow the guided prompts in the installation wizard to complete the IE7 installation.
